Our Society is a non-sectarian, non-profit consumer information group managed by a
board of volunteers who are elected from the general membership. The
Society and its board members do not own or operate any funeral home,
cemetery, crematorium, monument company, transfer service, or enterprise
relating to the funeral industry.
The Society's sole means of funding
is from membership fees and donations. (Please note that the Society is not a
registered charity.)
Our current membership is 700 individuals.
Our Society is actively seeking new members. Speakers are available
for public presentations about the role of Memorial Societies.
